Tao Hailong has officially assumed the roles of legal representative and Chairman of Shanghai SAIC Volkswagen Automotive Sales Co., Ltd., taking full responsibility for terminal channels, brand marketing, and new energy business. Wang Xiaoqiu has stepped down from this position to focus on SAIC Motor Corporation’s overall strategy. Former director Jia Jianxu has also exited the board, while Fu Qiang continues as General Manager, and Wu Yun joins as a newly appointed director.
