The Aito brand, under Seres, has officially joined Beijing Yi'an Qi New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., a joint venture founded by Mercedes-Benz and BMW. The three companies now hold equal shares in the venture. Established in March 2024 with a registered capital of RMB 100 million, the company focuses on building a premium ultra-fast charging network.

Key Metrics: 800kW Ultra-Fast Chargers Recharge 80% in 13 Minutes

Yi'an Qi's second-generation liquid-cooled ultra-fast chargers support a wide voltage range of 300–1000V and a current of 800A, delivering a peak power output of 800kW. Real-world tests show that vehicles with an 800V architecture can be charged to 80% in just 13 minutes, while 400V vehicles require only 30 minutes. In recent 24-hour high-load operational tests, the equipment operated without failure and demonstrated compatibility across multiple vehicle brands.

Strategic Foundation: Building an Open Yet Exclusive Luxury Charging Ecosystem

The Yi'an Qi charging network is open to all electric vehicle users. Additionally, owners of Mercedes-Benz, BMW, and Aito vehicles enjoy exclusive benefits such as priority reservation and preferential power allocation, driving standardization of premium energy replenishment services.
