Key Figures: All 88 Limited Units Sold Instantly; Orders Backlogged Until 2027
The initial batch of 88 limited units for the Chinese market has already sold out completely. Ferrari CEO Benedetto Vigna revealed that global orders are now backlogged until the end of 2027. Although rumors suggested that purchasing the Luce might grant priority access to other limited-edition models, the company has explicitly denied that this applies to the Chinese market.
Strategic Foundation: Continuing the Scarcity-Based Marketing Approach
Ferrari adheres to its long-standing strategy of "always producing one unit fewer than market demand," capping its annual global deliveries at 13,000–14,000 vehicles. As a pivotal step in the brand’s electrification journey, the Luce strictly maintains Ferrari’s premium and exclusive positioning.
