[New Vehicle Launch] FAW-Volkswagen has officially opened pre-sales for the Magotan PHEV and Tayron L PHEV, both starting at RMB 174,900.

Core Development: Dual Models Simultaneously Offer PRO and PRIME Trims

The Magotan PHEV is priced between RMB 174,900 and RMB 199,900, while the Tayron L PHEV ranges from RMB 174,900 to RMB 186,900. Both models are available in PRO and PRIME configurations and will officially launch by the end of June, accompanied by seven limited-time purchase benefits.

Key Specifications: Combined Range Exceeds 1,500 km

The Tayron L PHEV is equipped with the EA211 dedicated hybrid engine and TQ251 hybrid transmission, paired with a 22 kWh battery pack. It delivers over 140 km of pure electric CLTC range and a maximum combined range of 1,510 km. The vehicle measures 4,695 mm long, 1,866 mm wide, and 1,678 mm tall, with a wheelbase of 2,791 mm, and is offered in both 5-seat and 7-seat layouts.

Exterior styling continues the R-Line sporty theme, featuring IQ.Light matrix LED headlights and an illuminated logo. The interior includes a 15-inch central touchscreen, debuting multi-level memory parking and highway NOA functionality to enhance the intelligent driving experience.
