[Debt Repayment] Zotye Automobile has completed early repayment of nearly RMB 400 million in debt owed to the Yongkang Branches of Bank of China and China Construction Bank.

Key Development: Full Settlement of Mediation Agreement Debt by January 27, 2026

According to Zotye Automobile's announcement, as of the announcement date, the company has repaid the remaining debt of RMB 212,014,262.93 to the Yongkang Branch of Bank of China and RMB 172,833,512.50 to the Yongkang Branch of China Construction Bank, totaling nearly RMB 400 million. Under the previous mediation agreement, the company was originally scheduled to pay the first installment of RMB 10 million in principal by December 31, 2025, with the balance due by January 31, 2026. Zotye has now opted to fulfill the entire obligation ahead of schedule.

Strategic Rationale: Mitigating Risks of Enforcement and Asset Freezes

This move prevents the financial loan dispute from entering the compulsory enforcement phase and successfully lifts the freeze on stocks and bank deposits held in designated disposal accounts, thereby creating room for subsequent asset disposals and operational recovery.
