On March 25, Zhang Yongwei and his delegation toured the Urban Living Room of Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone, the Foxconn New Energy Vehicle R&D Center, and BYD’s Zhengzhou Plant. They also held discussions with Tian Haitao, Deputy Secretary-General of Henan Provincial People's Government, on pathways for developing intelligent new energy vehicles.
