Yijing X9 Makes Global Debut at Beijing Auto Show

[New Vehicle Launch] The Yijing X9 made its global debut at the Beijing Auto Show, with Dongfeng betting big on Huawei's full-stack technology to break into the premium segment.

Core Development: Yijing X9 Becomes Dongfeng’s Strategic Move in New Energy

The Yijing brand’s first flagship large six-seater SUV, the X9, premiered globally at the 2026 Beijing Auto Show. With dimensions of 5301mm × 2015mm and a wheelbase of 3120mm, it features a 2+2+2 independent six-seat layout, targeting the premium family vehicle market.

Key Specifications: Huawei Qiankun Advanced Driving Standard Across All Trims

All variants of the X9 are equipped with Huawei Qiankun ADS 5, standard 896-line LiDAR, and the HUAWEI XMC Qiankun Digital Chassis, achieving deep integration of Huawei’s intelligent technologies. Dongfeng achieved new energy vehicle sales of 1.05 million units in 2025 (+21% YoY) and aims for 1.7 million units in 2026, with the X9 serving as a pivotal product toward this goal.

Strategic Foundation: From “Installing Huawei” to “Integrating Huawei”

Unlike merely stacking supplier technologies, Yijing emphasizes embedding Huawei Qiankun’s full-stack capabilities into the entire vehicle architecture, adopting a core strategy of fully leveraging Huawei’s technology to support Dongfeng’s transformation—where self-owned brands now account for over 60% of total sales.
