The company's Chinese name will change from "XPeng Motors Co., Ltd." to "XPeng Group," and its stock ticker on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange will be updated accordingly to "XPeng Group–W." This rebranding reflects the company's evolution beyond vehicle manufacturing to encompass physical AI domains such as Robotaxi, humanoid robots, flying cars, and the Turing AI chip.

He Xiaopeng described this move as a "brand-new starting point after twelve years." With growing contributions from technology R&D services and overseas revenue, the name change will facilitate independent development across business units and support future capital operations, marking the company’s official transition into a global technology group.
