On July 16, 2026, XPeng held its Brand Day event in Munich, where He Xiaopeng delivered a full English-language keynote speech unveiling the global model MONA L03. The new vehicle is offered in both all-electric and super extended-range variants, with a starting price in China of RMB 123,800 and a starting price in Germany of EUR 35,600 (approximately RMB 276,000), representing a near 100% premium over the domestic price.

Key Metrics: Dual Support from Range and Sales Performance

The all-electric version delivers a CLTC range of 650 km, while the extended-range variant achieves a combined range of 1,380 km. The predecessor model, M03, maintained an average monthly sales volume of 13,000 units over its first 22 months on the market, establishing a solid foundation for international expansion.

Strategic Foundation: Map-Free Intelligent Driving Solves Overseas Deployment Challenges

All variants come standard with XPeng’s second-generation VLA intelligent driving model, leveraging an end-to-end large AI model to operate without high-definition maps. This enables rapid adaptation to complex European driving scenarios such as narrow streets and implicit right-of-way rules, making XPeng the first Chinese automaker to deploy a single intelligent driving system capable of seamless operation across both China and Europe.
