Core Development: Rapid Implementation in 24 Months; CEA Architecture to Span Entire Local Volkswagen Lineup

The Vento 08 began production at Volkswagen Anhui on March 13, 2026, achieving mass production just 24 months after the partnership agreement—significantly faster than traditional development cycles. The two companies have also jointly developed the CEA (China Electronic Architecture), an advanced electronic and electrical architecture tailored exclusively for the Chinese market, which will be rolled out across all locally produced Volkswagen models in the future.

Key Specifications: 730 km Range and 1500 TOPS Autonomous Driving Capability, Targeting Mid-to-High-End Segment

The Vento 08 is equipped with CATL batteries, delivering a maximum CLTC range of 730 kilometers and supporting 800V high-voltage fast charging (10% to 80% in just 20 minutes). All trims come standard with XPeng’s second-generation VLA autonomous driving system, offering 1500 TOPS of computing power, powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295P chip and featuring dual 14.96-inch 2.4K displays.
