BYD holds steady at No. 91, topping all Chinese automakers. In 2025, BYD sold 4.602 million new energy vehicles (NEVs), with overseas sales surpassing 1 million for the first time. CATL surged to No. 260, reinforcing its position as the global leader in power batteries.

Key Statistics: Chinese Automakers Account for Nearly 30% of Global Auto Sector Entries

Globally, 35 vehicle and auto parts companies made the list, generating combined revenues of $33,869.5 billion and net profits of $590.5 billion. China accounts for 10 of these entries, including SAIC Motor, Geely, FAW Group, GAC Group, Dongfeng Motor, Chery, BAIC, and Jardine Matheson Group.
