On July 17, Shangjie’s legal department announced it had completed evidence collection regarding false information disseminated by the account "Che Gulu Hua" and accounts under the MCN agency Xiaomo Interactive Entertainment, and has formally initiated legal proceedings. The disputed content primarily targeted the Shangjie Z7 model, using edited and fabricated clips to carry out commercial defamation.
