On July 9, NIO introduced the ES8 five-seater flagship version, available in Executive Luxury trim (starting at RMB 382,800) and Executive Signature trim (starting at RMB 422,800), with a battery-as-a-service option lowering the entry price to RMB 274,800.

Key Specifications: Leading Space and Performance

The vehicle measures 5,280 × 2,010 × 1,800 mm, with a wheelbase of 3,130 mm. The cabin usable area is 7.05 m², second-row legroom reaches 1,367 mm, and trunk capacity is 1,334 L, expandable to 3,084 L when the rear seats are folded. The powertrain delivers a combined output of 520 kW and peak torque of 700 N·m.

By eliminating the third row to maximize interior space, the ES8 comes standard with zero-gravity seats, power-adjustable leg rests, and multi-mode massage functions.
