Core Direction: Systematically Advancing the Construction of a Quality-Powered Nation
Three main implementation pillars are established: Enterprise Quality Enhancement Initiative, Quality Technology Advancement Initiative, and Product and Service Quality Leap Initiative. Concurrently, efforts will strengthen the foundational capabilities of quality technology, optimize the ecosystem for quality development, and launch the "Made in China" Brand Building Initiative.
Key Metrics: Quantified Targets with Multiple "Batches"
The plan aims to upgrade the quality management capabilities of a batch of enterprises, create a batch of industry models demonstrating quality transmission along the supply chain, promote the application of a batch of quality technology innovations, cultivate a batch of public service platforms for quality, and build a batch of outstanding "Made in China" brands.
Strategic Foundation: Supporting a Manufacturing Powerhouse and a Cyber Powerhouse
This deployment is designed to implement the spirit of the Central Economic Work Conference and fulfill the requirements of the 2026 Government Work Report. Through the Manufacturing Excellence Quality Project, it will systematically support the goals of building a manufacturing powerhouse, a quality powerhouse, and a cyber powerhouse.
