[New Vehicle Launch] The MG 4X prototype has been unveiled, with blind pre-orders opening on May 11. It will be offered in a 610 km range variant featuring a semi-solid-state battery.

The vehicle will be available with two battery options: a 53.9 kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) pack and a 64.2 kWh manganese-based lithium-ion (semi-solid-state) battery, delivering CLTC-rated ranges of 510 km and 610 km, respectively. The body measures 4500/1849/1627 mm (length/width/height) with a wheelbase of 2735 mm, continuing the MG4 family design language while adding a full-width light bar and illuminated logo.

Strategic Foundation: Enhanced Product Appeal via Smart Connectivity and Advanced Driver Assistance

The interior adopts a more minimalist design with an enlarged instrument display. It features optimized smartphone-to-car integration co-developed by MG and OPPO HeyO, and supports highway NOA (Navigate on Autopilot) and automated parking based on Horizon Robotics solutions, targeting young, tech-savvy users.
