#Leapmotor Sales Targets and Global Expansion

[Strategic Upgrade] Leapmotor founder Zhu Jiangming has issued a company-wide letter commemorating the brand's 10th anniversary, announcing its departure from the 'new energy startup' label and repositioning itself as a 'world-class automaker.'

⚡ Core Development: Challenging One Million Annual Sales by 2026

Zhu Jiangming revealed that Leapmotor expects to achieve nearly 600,000 vehicle deliveries in 2025, including approximately 60,000 units overseas, solidifying its position as the top-selling new energy vehicle (NEV) startup. The company is on track to report its first-ever full-year profitability, having already posted positive net profits for multiple consecutive quarters.

📊 Key Metrics: Dual Engines of In-House R&D and Global Expansion

Leveraging in-house development and manufacturing of 65% of core components, Leapmotor generated RMB 24.25 billion in revenue in the first half of 2025, a year-over-year surge of 174.1%. Its international footprint is rapidly expanding, with operations now in 35 markets and over 800 retail outlets, supported by its partnership with Stellantis to enhance its global sales, delivery, and service network.

🔍 Strategic Foundation: From Cost Performance to Sustainable Growth

Zhu Jiangming emphasized that the past decade has validated the viability of Leapmotor’s full-stack in-house R&D and technology-for-all strategy. Moving forward, the company will focus on mass production of core technologies such as the LEAP 3.5 Central Domain Controller and the 800V high-voltage platform, driving parallel growth in scale and quality.
