BYD reported 403,472 new energy vehicle (NEV) sales in June, breaking the 400,000-unit mark for the first time, including 175,349 units exported overseas. Leapmotor delivered 93,376 vehicles, up 95% year-over-year. Harmony Intelligent Mobility Alliance (HIMA) sold 50,624 units. NIO and XPeng delivered 40,597 and 40,126 vehicles respectively, with year-over-year growth of 62.9% and 15.9%.

BYD’s overseas sales accounted for 43.3% of its total volume. Chery exported 191,062 vehicles, setting a new monthly record.
