Core Development: 650 TOPS Compute Chip Redefines Vehicle Computing Architecture

The Horizon Stellar chip integrates both advanced driver-assistance and in-cabin functionalities, delivering 650 TOPS of AI computing power to enable centralized computing and phase out traditional distributed architectures. Launched alongside it, the KaKaClaw operating system becomes China’s first foundational software platform designed for whole-vehicle intelligent agents.

Strategic Foundation: Transitioning from Tier 2 Supplier to Integrated Hardware-Software Provider

This launch marks Horizon Robotics’ strategic evolution into its third phase. On April 22, 2026, the company will roll out three major products, including HSD V1.6, achieving full-stack coverage from chips to operating systems and officially entering the core arena of AGI-powered intelligent vehicles.
