Geely’s i-HEV Smart Hybrid is driven by the full-domain AI 2.0 and the Galaxy AI Cloud Power 2.0 large model, delivering comprehensive advancements in intelligence, energy efficiency, performance, safety, and reliability. The system emphasizes a seamless electrification transition without reliance on external charging, prioritizing an electrified driving experience and long-life design.

Key Metrics: Setting New Global Benchmarks for Mass-Produced Hybrids

Real-world testing confirms a combined fuel consumption of 2.22 L/100 km, an engine thermal efficiency of 48.41%, and the industry’s first Class 1 energy efficiency certification for an HEV model. The electric motor delivers a peak output of 230 kW, underscoring its exceptional performance.

Strategic Rollout: Immediate Mass Production Accelerates Market Entry

The technology will be deployed across Geely’s best-selling China Star series models—including the Xingrui, Xingyue L, fourth-generation Boyue L, and fifth-generation Emgrand—within 2026. Pre-sales for the Xingyue L i-HEV and Xingrui i-HEV commenced on April 19.
