Geely Leadership Undergoes Major Reshuffle; Li Shufu and An Conghui Step Down from Zeekr Management

[Personnel Changes] Multiple senior executives at Geely Holding Group have undergone role changes, with Li Shufu and An Conghui stepping down from operational roles at Zeekr.

Core Development: Li Shufu Fully Retreats to Strategic Oversight; Zeekr Management Handed Over to New Generation

In June 2026, Zhejiang Zeekr Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. completed its business registration update: Li Shufu stepped down as Chairman, and An Conghui resigned as Legal Representative, General Manager, and Director. Gan Jiayue succeeded him as Legal Representative and General Manager. Concurrently, Gui Shengyue and Li Donghui exited the board of directors, and Dai Qing no longer serves as supervisor.

Strategic Rationale: "One Geely" Integration Enters Deep Implementation Phase

This reshuffle marks a critical step following the launch of the "Strategic Focus" initiative in September 2024 under the Taizhou Declaration. Starting in 2025, Zeekr acquired controlling stakes in Lynk & Co, completed its privatization from the U.S. stock market, and delisted from the NYSE in December 2025, becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of Geely Automobile. In recent years, Li Shufu has withdrawn from hundreds of subsidiaries to focus exclusively on top-level group governance.

Key Data: Zeekr’s R&D Leadership Also Replaced

Zeekr’s primary R&D entity—Zhejiang Zeekr Automotive Research & Development Co., Ltd.—also underwent concurrent changes: Li Chuanhai replaced An Conghui as Legal Representative and Director, while Guo Junchu and Chen Yaping took over as Supervisor and Financial Officer, respectively.
