The Trumpchi Yue 7 features a classic rugged "box-style" design, with an overall length approaching 5 meters (4999/5045 mm) and a wheelbase of 2900 mm. It is powered by a 1.5T plug-in hybrid powertrain, with the engine delivering 125 kW, positioning it as an all-scenario intelligent and rugged SUV.
Key Specifications: Advanced Intelligent Driving + Hardcore Off-Road Equipment
The vehicle is equipped with LiDAR and fender-mounted sensors to support advanced driver-assistance systems. It also features a monocoque-integrated frame, front and rear mechanical differential locks, all-terrain off-road tires, an externally mounted spare tire, and a side-hinged tailgate—delivering maximum off-road capability.
Strategic Rationale: Entering the Blue Ocean of New Energy Rugged SUVs
As GAC Trumpchi’s first rugged new energy SUV, the Yue 7 fills a gap in the brand's lineup within this segment. It is expected to launch in Q3 2026, has already been filed with China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT), and is slated to debut at the Beijing Auto Show.
