GAC Toyota bZ7 Launches with Aggressive Pricing, Huawei Tech, and Advanced ADAS

[New Model Launch] GAC Toyota has launched the bZ7 with a limited-time subsidized starting price of RMB 147,800, directly targeting the all-electric market under RMB 200,000.

Core Development: bZ7 Breaks the "Slow Pace" of Joint-Venture EVs

On March 29, GAC Toyota unveiled its flagship all-electric sedan, the bZ7, offering five variants priced between RMB 147,800 and RMB 199,800 (limited-time subsidized pricing). As a pivotal move in Toyota’s “China Strategy,” the vehicle features a Huawei HarmonyOS 5.0 cockpit, Momenta R6 advanced driver-assistance system, and dual-chamber air suspension, amassing over 10,000 pre-orders.

Key Specifications: D-Class Dimensions at B-Class Pricing

With a length of 5,130 mm and a wheelbase of 3,020 mm, the bZ7 comes standard across all trims with a 15.6-inch 2K center display and 20-inch wheels, offering two range options: 600 km and 700 km. Buyers can get the dual-chamber air suspension for just RMB 170,800, while RMB 179,800 gets them the full suite including LiDAR, air suspension, and the HarmonyOS cockpit.

Strategic Foundation: Right Price from Day One, Fully Loaded from the Start

GAC Toyota is also rolling out a 5-year 0% interest financing plan along with multiple ownership benefits, directly addressing user concerns around electrified powertrains, intelligent driving, and safety—resetting the value benchmark for joint-venture new energy vehicles.
