Xiaomi Foundation announced on July 7 a donation of RMB 10 million in cash for emergency relief and post-disaster reconstruction in Guangxi and other affected areas; Lei Jun personally shared the announcement, urging solidarity with the message: “We stand together through storms and hardships.”
BYD Charity Foundation donated RMB 10 million on July 8 to support livelihood assistance for affected residents and urgent repair of infrastructure. On the same day, Chery Automobile donated cash and supplies valued at RMB 10 million through the China Charity Federation.
