In August 2023, Dongfeng launched its passenger vehicle NEV "Leapfrog Initiative," bringing three series—Dongfeng Fengshen, Dongfeng eπ, and Dongfeng Nano—under centralized group management directly overseen by headquarters. Currently, Dongfeng’s independent passenger vehicle structure is clearly defined as follows: the main "Dongfeng" brand (encompassing the aforementioned three series), the premium EV brand VOYAH, and the rugged off-road brand M-Hero.
