It took Changan 30 years to produce its first 10 million vehicles (reached in 2014 with the Eado), 7 years for the second 10 million (achieved in 2021 with the UNI-K), and only 4.5 years for the third 10 million—a clear sign of accelerated growth. Chairman Zhu Huarong announced that Changan’s new energy vehicle (NEV) sales will exceed 1 million units in 2025, with a target of 5 million total vehicles produced and sold by 2030, of which over 60% will be NEVs and more than 30% exported overseas.
