Chang Rui, born in 1976 and holding a master's degree from Nankai University, has worked within the BAIC system for over two decades. He previously served as General Manager of BAIC Foton and Assistant to the Group General Manager. In February 2024, he was promoted to Deputy General Manager of the Group and currently also serves as Party Secretary and Chairman of BAIC Foton.
