BYD Launches Qin MAX Targeting Younger Market
[New Vehicle Launch] BYD has officially unveiled the all-new midsize sedan, the Qin MAX, positioned between the Qin L and Han models, targeting younger consumers.
Key Development: B-Class Flash-Charging Sedan to Launch in August
The vehicle will be available in both plug-in hybrid and all-electric variants, featuring a wheelbase of 2,820 mm, BYD’s signature design language, gradient purple body color, and semi-recessed door handles. The expected price range is RMB 130,000 to 180,000, with an official market launch scheduled for August 2026.
Key Specifications: Second-Gen Blade Battery + Advanced Intelligent Driving
The all-electric version is equipped with the second-generation Blade Battery, offering capacities of 52.868 kWh / 64.315 kWh, delivering CLTC ranges of 530 km / 630 km respectively. The plug-in hybrid variant provides pure electric ranges of 170 km / 230 km. All trims support flash-charging technology and offer an optional LiDAR sensor, paired with the "God's Eye" advanced driver-assistance system.
