2026 XPeng MONA M03 Launched: Intelligent Driving Benchmark in A-Segment EV Market

[New Vehicle Launch] The 2026 XPeng MONA M03 has been unveiled, featuring enhanced intelligent driving capabilities and extended range, shifting away from its previous emphasis on low pricing.

Core Development: MONA M03 Evolves from a "Rescue Model" to an Intelligent Driving Benchmark

The 2026 MONA M03 introduces new exterior colors—Roland Purple and Avocado Green—along with interior upgrades focused on practicality. It is scheduled to launch in spring 2026. As the key model that previously helped XPeng return to monthly sales exceeding 10,000 units, this updated version prioritizes a significant leap in intelligence.

Key Specifications: Proprietary Turing Chip with 750 TOPS Onboard

The Max trim features a single Turing AI chip (750 TOPS), while the Ultra SE trim is equipped with dual chips delivering 1500 TOPS. All trims come standard with advanced intelligent driving features, and the second-generation VLA distilled version will be rolled out in the second half of the year. Range and performance have also been improved, maintaining the vehicle's fastback design language.

Strategic Foundation: No Longer Targeting "Cheap Cars," Aiming Instead for the Intelligent Ceiling in the $10,000–$15,000 Segment

XPeng CEO He Xiaopeng explicitly stated, "Building cheap cars holds no value." The new MONA M03 reinforces XPeng’s technological moat in the A-segment EV market through standard intelligent driving across all trims and a substantial increase in computing power.
